We have volunteers who help us make this organization what it is. They are from different backgrounds but bound by the urge to help the less fortunate.
Besides the volunteers, Me 4 My Neighbor has a leading planning and organizing team.

Kennedy & Hannah Krezi

Founders

Kennedy was born and raised in the underprivileged slums of Nairobi Kenya while Hannah was born and raised in Colorado. Growing up, Hannah always had a heart for international missions, and so, after graduating from a career college she lived in Kenya volunteering with a couple different ministries that included serving street kids and providing medical care to the village.

After spending time in Mathare and falling in love with Kennedy, she realized she wanted to focus her energy towards the community that her now husband grew up in.Hannah is driven to serve the less privileged by Matthew 25:40 New International Version (NIV): “The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’ Kennedy is touched to give back to the community having been born and raised in the slums. He has first-hand experience on the challenges there. Having been raised through support from someone he had never met, he considers it his responsibility to mentor, and support the slum community going through the same challenges.

When he was seven years old, Kennedy was sponsored into Compassion International's Child Development Program through his local church. This sponsorship provided him with education, clothing, nutritious meals, medical care, and, most of all, hope. He began to believe what his sponsors and the Compassion program leaders were telling him—that God loves him and has a plan for his life. He then started dreaming of a future. Kennedy moved to the United states to start a family with Hannah.Hannah is now a medical assistant at the cardio vascular institute with Banner Health. Kennedy is a passionate and enthusiastic communicator for Compassion and enjoys speaking to both adults and students, candidly sharing his story and inspiring others with hope. He is currently an engineer in the United States Army Corps of Engineers, and runs an arts consulting agency; Krezi Global Management which is amazingly influencing the christian/gospel music in Kenya. They now reside in Colorado with their son, Gabriel, and daughter, Malkia.

Taylor Roybal

Visioneer & Board Member

Taylor Roybal was born and raised in Colorado. Taylor is married and has two beautiful little girls. Her and her husband met in college and now are in the travel and lifestyle business. Growing up, her family had a heart for missions. Her parents opened the door for missions and giving back at a young age. From the time she was a little girl God put Africa on her heart. She had never been there, didn’t know anyone from there, but her heart always felt so connected to the country she knew it’d have a place in her life at some point. Hannah and Taylor grew up together and stayed close throughout school years and after graduating. When Hannah was volunteering in Kenya, she booked a ticket and met her there. She fell in love with the culture, community and people. While on that trip God beautifully orchestrated and wove together everyone’s dreams and Me 4 My Neighbor was created. She is excited to see how God uses this ministry to bless communities around the world through the love of Christ. “My favorite aspect of Me 4 My Neighbor is the self-sustaining programs that are in place. I love that through the projects we are creating fellowship and a strong communities, and along side we are establishing self-sustaining businesses that can be grown through families and change generations. Every aspect weaves together to create a deeply rooted shift in culture that is really going to make a difference long term.”

Norbert Owuor

Country Director (Kenya)

Norbert Owuor is a communication specialist, with a bachelors degree in mass communication from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. He is a professional wedding photographer, a youth and adolescent certified trainer and a businessman, passionate about outreach and evangelism. Norbert grew up in the slum of Mathare and for a better part of his life saw first hand hardship and hopelessness caused by poverty both physical and spiritual, and the daily struggles of the people living in slums. Lacking even the most basic amenities a human being should never have to go without, Norbert's testimony was greatly shaped in the period his family and him lived in Mathare slums. At the age of 7 Norbert was privileged to be part of a child sponsorship program; a program that ensured he got education, got medical cover, learnt about God and his great love for humanity and most importantly, this program pointed him to Christ and gave him hope for a better tomorrow changing his entire family through him. Today Norbert is a fulfilled Christian adult and has since moved out of his childhood neighborhood; which is a a miracle, his love for the people living in informal settlements caused him to plug into the vision of Me 4 My Neighbor, and play a role in ensuring that people from the slum experience the love of Christ and receive the message of salvation. He feels that God has called him to be accountable not only for his former neighborhood, but to the informal settlements across the country. His motivation is drawn from Luke 12:48. ... to whom much is given, much is required.

Eunice Kanyi

Assistant Country Director

Since High School, Eunice has always felt the need to help people in any way she can. In school when asked to write her life story and what she aspired to be, one of her aspirations was, “to form/join an organization that helps the needy”. Being part of M4MN is an answered prayer that she's grateful for, The M4MN missions give her so much satisfaction.  Besides helping others, Eunice is an adventurer who loves to travel.  She works as a bookings and reservations consultant for a Lodge, and runs a directory for retreat and holiday accommodation facilities around Kenya.  She has a passion for conservation and community work. It's a joy impacting the lives of people in one way or another, and seeing a smile on the faces of these people who once did not have hope is always a Hallelujah moment for her.  “My highlight from a recent M4MN mission is about this elderly lady we visited. She is the breadwinner of her family, and lives from hand to mouth but her love for Christ gave her so much peace that you wouldn't notice she was in need. She had so much joy and happiness within her which was inspiring. She was clearly living by Philippians 4:6-7. I really look forward to the growth of this wonderful initiative, to the Glory of God.”
